6/8/19 - Columbia, SC

We drove through rain most of the day.  Just as we stopped in Ninety Six to see Ninety Six National Historic Site the rain let up.   A Revolutionary War battle was fought here in 1775.  There are several old colonial era road beds in the park and also the remains of a star fort.  We watched the movie and walked the one mile trail through the park. As we got into the truck it started to rain again. We left and then got a campsite at Sesquicentennial State Park.
